In class, Mr. Justin showed a video called Sigg Jones. It was a great example of a short movie with little dialogue, and had pretty good animation. The plot of the story is still confusing to me, but I believe that its about a fighter guy and his agent or friend, and something happens to the fighter, witch is the confusing part to me, that drives him into a furry. Whatever happened to the fighter helps the other guy fight him and stay alive, causing a great battle, and he ends up curing the fighter. I couldn't get the video but its on vimeo as sigg jones.

second wind

This video told a nice story throughout it. It told a story about 2 freinds that send alot of time together, but they begin to fight when one meets some type of 'spirit' thing, I really don't know what it was, and begins to spend time the 'spirit' and not the other. Then when the cat thing tried to get rid of the spirit thing out of jealosy, it awakens a evil windmill thing and tries to kill the cat, but the old man takes the attack. Then out of revenge the cat destroies the windmill thing, and then the old man is given another chance to live.

Attack of the Ninja

The video 'Attack of the Ninja' was ................... different and I honestly didn't get it. The creator obviously spent alot of time making and desgining the video,I just don't know what they were trying to represent. I saw many different programs used well and animation was good. It was very well made, and the music was not bad, I just can't see reason for the video at all. I wouldn't sugest this video to anyone, but you can whatch it for yourself. Just dont be mad that you might waste your time.

Uhhhhhh???

Today in class we were shown a video by Green Velvet called Let Go that I found.........weird. I think that we were supposed to say how the song made me feel, but the video just creeped me out. I also think that the song just added to the weirdness. It made me feel just creeped out, uneasy, and although the animation was good, it was just too weird for me. If you are going to watch this, you were warned. Good luck.

Flower chucker

In class today I saw a picture by an artist named banksy. I was shown one of his pictures, flower chucker as I call it, which is shown below. It shows someone that dressed like he is rebelling, but he is throwing flowers. I see not a soldier, but a civilian, looking like he could be in a gang, but instead of throwing something to kill, he is throwing flowers to make peace. To me it resembles that in a world with already enough violence, instead of fighting each other, we should resolve the problems that divide us.
